NaNoWriMo: End of Day #3 Update

I managed to pull off 2,925 words today and made up for my slacker day yesterday. I am about to pass out, which I wanted to do a couple of hours ago but forced myself to keep going.

I keep getting distracted by thinking of ideas to look up. Finally, I decided that any "new" ideas can be added in the rewrite. I just needed to muddle through this one.

Sometimes I look at how much I have left to go and think, there's no way I can do all of this in just 50K, but we'll see. I mean, the book is already 200 pages long. Again, I'll clean it up in the rewrite and tighten things up. Extra is okay.

By the way, the bread is edible but far from perfect. The banana bread recipe was obviously not meat for mini bread machines. Also, I tried all-purpose flour, and it did not rise as well or stay together as well. Next week, I'll buy bread flour and try the same recipe I've been using.

Well, off to bed now.

TTFN.
